Flash websites offer great flexiblility to get the most graphicly out of a website. Flash offers moving images, pictures, photo galleries and other special functions that put a flash website above one that doesn't have that special touch. Most websites that have moving pictures and graphics on their site use flashs' coding to accomplish that polished look. Flash does have some drawbacks that cause most designers to use flash only when needed, such as a header or something similar to a piece of a page to get the same effects.
